Hi, I’m Cyndi — the hands and heart behind Cynsations Jewellery.
My journey started back in 2009 with a spontaneous spark. After years of working in my family business, I felt the urge to create something of my own — something that allowed me to express my creativity and passion in a more personal way.
One day, the idea of making jewelry just clicked. I picked up a few basic tools and materials, sat down, and started playing around. What began as simple experiments soon grew into a full-blown love for the craft. I taught myself techniques through trial, error, and countless tutorials — and over time, I developed my own unique style and design approach.
Like many small business owners, my journey has taken many turns. I’ve worked from home, operated a mall outlet, sold through retail stores, and even opened my own brick-and-mortar boutique. Each chapter taught me something new and helped shape the brand you see today.
Now, I’m right where I want to be — working from my cozy home studio and boutique, creating timeless, classy pieces that make women feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.
Nothing feels more connected, personal, and intimate than creating from where it all began. Being back in my home studio reminds me why I started — and gives me the space to truly connect with the people who support my work. I love making meaningful jewelry, but even more than that, I love building real connections with my customers — ones that I hope last for years to come.

Gold Filled is a permanent layer of gold bonded to a base metal using heat and pressure. It is not to be confused with gold plated.
It has 100 times more gold content and by law its weight must be at least 5% in gold.
With proper care gold filled can last a lifetime, however, keep in mind that gold filled has a brass core which means that where exposed it can appear darkened (cut off ends and extreme digs and scratches).
We advise to remove when possible for our pieces to maintain its lustre and shine. i.e. swimming, showering, exercising and sleeping and to also avoid harsh chemicals like hair dyes, perfumes and cleaning products.
PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition. Real 14k gold is vapourised and deposited onto a 316L stainless steel base in a vacuum chamber making it more durable than regular electroplated jewellery.
It is also hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant.
Yes we do. Most (not all) our Cynsations (not PVD pieces) can be made in silver. The item will have a drop down menu option indicating the silver option and price difference where applicable.
We use Sterling Silver as well as Argentium Sterling Silver in our designs which is more tarnish resistant because some of the copper content is replaced with geranium.
We don’t typically do exchanges but you can give us a call at 680-0528 to discuss your concern where we will use our discretion to make a further reasonable decision.
We accept cash, bank transfers, direct deposits, linx and credit card payments.

We use TTPost delivery ($30) or a courier service for ($35+ depending on location).
TTPost does not accept cash and their delivery schedule is out of our control. They typically deliver within 2-3 days once package is posted. Weekends, holidays and location must be considered.
Courier option: Once a shipment is scheduled it will take 2-3 days to be delivered. This option can accept cash.
We aim to deliver within 1-2 weeks from the day payment confirmation is made.
For orders which require specially needed materials may take up to 4 weeks.
All of our Cynsations gold filled and sterling silver pieces are handmade. Due to the nature of this, some items may vary from piece to piece but we try our best to maintain uniformity.
Our PVD pieces are not handmade and are available as shown. Very minor alterations can be done.
We require a payment of either 1/2 or full in order to process your order. This can be done with cash, bank transfer, direct deposit or in person with card.
Where necessary, balances must be paid before or on delivery.
At this time we only repair and clean pieces that we sell at a cost.
We have liquid cleaners that can be purchased if desired.
