After receiving your order you have 24 hours in which to return the item in order to be refunded.
After the 24 hour period unfortunately we will not be able to accept the item and give a refund. However, certain exceptions may be made.
Please note that because of our payment method options, your method of refund will be determined accordingly.
If you wish to exchange the item for another item then the difference in cost will be paid/repaid respectively. PLEASE NOTE:
The item must NOT be worn in order to be refunded or exchanged.
It must be returned in the same packaging you received it in.
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, we will first attempt to fix the issue before considering a return or exchange.
We do not do partial refunds with returns or exchanges for any reason whatsoever. For example, if a piece has not been worn but gets damaged it can not be returned or exchanged. Once it has been delivered to the customer in good condition we are no longer liable. We can, however, provide repair services.
